Since it seems the role of PIe "*s" is not clarified, it would maybe of
help to know what in Balcanic Languages,Slavic, Germanic and Italic this
"s" prefix does.

So far I am informed, in Slavic, the prefix "s" has an intensifying
function. What about this function in Albanian Abdullah? Is too an
intensifying preffix or not?
