Std. Italian <tre> instead of <trei> is a monority development within
Italy. We have <trei> in Dante (Inf, 16, 21), and <trei> in Liguria,
Piedmont, Trentino, <tri> < <trei> in Lombardia, Emilia-Romagna, <triei> in
Calabria, etc.

Vegliot trei > trai > tra has been explained earlier.

Italian dialects that do not palatalize pl- have plui. In Standard
Italian, plui > pl^ui> piui > piĆ¹, with simplification of -iui to -iu.

Romanian s,ase < siease < sEse does not continue Lat. sex directly. After
the regular develpment sex > sEs, it borrowed the final -e from sEpte.

This is simply ignorance on your part. These forms are from rege, pEde,
bOve and nEve.
