I didn't claim that. Moesia (Superior) lies of course outside of Thracia
proper. I just stated that there are as many names in -para ("Thracian")
there as there are in -dava ("Dacian").

Perhaps we should introduce a "Western Thracian" subdivision, besides
"Southern" and "Northern".
