I'm reading Melchert's Anatolian Historical Phonology, and it seems that in
Proto-Anatolian, *kW in internal position almost always developed to *gW
(whereas other consonants were lenited only under special circumstances).
In view of Albanian *wik^ > *wts > *tsw > *dzw, and the voiced (or at least
voicing) character of PIE *h3 (*xW > *GW ?), it may seem that labialization
can induce voicing of the labialized segment. But I'm not aware of any
other examples. Anyone?
