Dear Egijus,

I don't know which are the facts you have somewhere hidded for such
assumtions. One thing should be clear. Not the Slavs separated the
Dacians from Balts. This separation should have been long time ago, in
the time we have no information about. It is not known to us that
Burebista - which unified the dacian tribes - went so far until
Balticum. He remained in the so-called "clasical dacian teritory" ,
actualy the Rom. space + Bulgarian Space until Balkan Mountains + the
east part of Hungary.

Since you are interested, you can search in your books about the
similarities of Latin and Baltic for instance; it appears one can find
more as between Dacian and Balticum:-)
I give you here some words in Latin and Lithuanian, and if you want to
know the Rom. equivalents, I give them too:

Lithuanian Romanian Latin
mënesis - (lunã) mensis
midus mied mulsum
mundras mândru laetus, animosus
murmu murmur murmurare
naktis noapte nox
nosis nas nasus
oras aer aura
ratas roata rota
rona rana vulnus
saule soare sol
sëdzu Sez ( Sede) sedere
sëmens semãnãturã satus
senis - (bãtrân) senex
smertis moarte mors
vynas vin vinum
viras vãrvat(bãrbat) vir
zakas sac (& de-sagã) sac

Since it seems you are interested more in toponyms, try to link Latium
with following topoyms in Lithuanian:
Laten, Laden, Lade, Ladennghof, Latu, Letenski, Ledence, Lediken

Have fun,

Alex
