*n(ë)- as prefix, according to Çabej-Xhuvani, as etimologically, as
semantically is similar to Greek <en>, Lat., OIr. and Got. <in>.

No, I am afraid not. It is, to my point of view, it is derived from
*bhendh- 'to bind' (cf. per analogiam *leig^- 'to tie', but religio)
Besides <bind> 'to convince, to persuade', there is also derivate
<përbindësh> 'monster'.
