I'm surprised you haven't noticed that what they have on that page is
not a list of Celtic roots at all. It's a rather indiscriminate listing
of _IE_ roots (in a strangely outdated form) with no regard to their
Celtic attestation.

My own search shows that I may indeed have been wrong about the
non-attestation of *h2ans- 'loop, handle' in Celtic. However, the only
example I've been able to dig out is *ansi- 'rein(s)'. Nothing to do
with cauldrons.
