As <leskHe:> is roughly synonymous with <lekHos> 'bed, couch', they
probably belong to the same etymon. The etymology of <lekHos> is
obvious: it is an *es-stem neuter (*legH-os/*legH-es-) derived from the
verb root *legH- (as in Eng. lie). I suppose <leskHe:> is the result of
metathesis, though I'm not sure what original form should be posited --
*legH-s-ah2 or *legH-sk-ah2.
