a licãri = to sparkle, to glitter, to wink; to flicker
s.n. licãr= flicker
s.f. licãrire= flicker
s.n. licãrit= flicker

as derivative:

s.m. licurici=glow-wurm

regional variants of the verb: a licuri, a licãri, a licura

Maybe from the same root, name masculine as "Licã" ( I have a lot of
reserves here)
