Hittite has the reflex of them. That doesn't show when the laryngeal became
syllabic.

I said in my post:
"what traditionally appears as a syllabic laryngeal could be a
consonant cluster, simplified after the break-up."
How can we show whether or not CHC was a consonant cluster or not before the
break-up?
