And I've never heard/read of Vlachs that they were also
known as... "Uluk" or "Oluk". But "Ulaq" or "Kara Ulaq"
yes.
BTW: not "Olak", but "Oláh" (in Hungarian; its pronun-
ciation: the final "h" is barely heard, as if one said
['o-la:]).
