Exactly my statement: "only a coincidence. (As it is...)"

So, for your Romanian ears "voda" in Cernavoda is
also a coincidence, since, if you have no knowledge
of a Slavic language whatever, you'll never know
that "voda" in Cernavoda is a "water" (which inci-
dentally or not is "black," but it doesn't matter
in this context anyway). In the same conditions,
you won't know that <votca> or <vodca> in your
glass mean "Wässerchen". Stimmt's, Väterchen? :)
