If you mean _any_ cases where *p > Latin /kW/, this happened through
assimilation in words originally containing *p followed by *kW in the
next syllable:
*pekW-e- > *kWekWe- > coquo: 'cook'
*penkWe > *kWenkWe > quinque 'five'
*perkW-u- > *kWerk(W)u- > quercus 'oak'
