Piotr, there are many excellent scholars in Bulgaria. Many of
them have taught me, e.g. at the American University. Just trying
to tell you IE linguistics really does not exist as a major in any
Bulgarian University. There could be historical linguistics within
the field of certain languages, but this is different from IE. If you
don't believe me, check it. I have nothing to add.
