Most likely influenced by togo /tovó/, kogo /kovó/ (before akanie).
Ukrainian even has yohó, c^ohó, vsyohó, etc. (Russ. jevó, c^evó,
vsevó). Like in Polish we see generalization of -ego (nowego, tego,
but still kogo).
