the Latin construct ali+ quis, +quando, +quantus, +quam, +qui, +qua
1)is this construct typicaly Latin or we find it in other Italic
languages too ( or maybe IE languages too?)
2) do the actually Romance preserved this construction typus with the
descendents of "ali" and descendents of quis, quando & co ?
