Derivatives of PIE root *ghend-/ghed- 'to seize, to take' in Albanian
language are, according to my view, gand 'by suprise' form o-grade
form *ghond-. gandoj 'to hurt, to injure'. From reduced form *ghon-
+ -enyo > gjanj > gjenj > gjej 'to find, to beget, to invent'. Also
here takes part Latin loan pre < praeda 'boot'.
