Yes, true. But English has a very strict word order out of necessity
since it has no case endings as Finnish does. Even so, Finnish as
well as all languages on the planet have more common, "preferred"
word orders and I attempt to find this word order for preIE stages
with the full understanding that other derived word orders were
always possible.
