Ah. Yes, I've seen this pseudoscience before. Genetics really has
little to do with language spread. It's just someone who wasn't
accepted in the linguistic circle, and so, having a taste for
revenge, decided to come up with a grand unified theory of
linguistics without using linguistics at all just to put linguists
out of a job. It didn't work.

Any connection between genetics and linguistics is at best loose.
And why would there be a correlation? I've never heard of anyone
bred to be an English speaker.
