*****GK: The Pliny reference is incorrect, and
Torsten's URL doesn't work either. Remediable errors
and technical glitches perhaps, but, humorously, quite
fitting in connection with Torsten's endless pursuit
of his idee fixe. He claims not to be a religious
Odinist (no one ever accused him of that), but his
constant (if by now totally incoherent given the
number of variants he's essayed) reiteration of the
Snorri Odin fairy tale as historical fact certainly
qualifies for the epithet "Odinist lunacy". It was
clear nearly a year ago that this ideological
conviction was relentless and irreformable, and had
nothing to do with the pursuit of science. He was told
to desist by the moderator. We had some blissful peace
and quiet for a while. Now it's come back, at first
insidiously, and finally full blast. Has Piotr decided
to cancel his earlier ruling?******
