Slavic *dolbto and its Baltic cognates

I've just polled some of my colleagues with dialectal background, and
now I can safely remove an asterisk from 'batter down, drive down' (I've
been given the example <i,del~bti s^akès i,~ z^e~me,> 'to stick a
hayfork into the earth').
