Why do you think Uralic is nearer to EskAleut than to indoeuropean?

I have not studied the material in details, but I find more
simularities between Uralic and IE than between Uralic and Eskaleut.

However, the little I know about Thyrennian boints to a near
relationship with IE, so her I agree.
