The Nostratic super-family is rather speculative, but has there not
been carried out one-to-one comparisons that highly suggest a
relationship between two members.

If I am not wrong, Uralic-indoEuropean comaprisons, has revealed
rather strong evidense for a relationship.

I am a little surprized because you write as much about Uralo-altaic,
and nothing abvout Uralic-Indoeuropean.

About U-A, the agglutinative character of of both groups, I think
suggest a false asumption about a realtionship.

At fist glance IU and U look very different structurally, but if one
performs a internal comapison in both groups, you get a structural
picture that is very simular - espesially in noun structure and syntax

Besides, there are a lot of basic gramatical elements that are nearly
identical in both IE and U.
