Not that I know. We simply have Greek túrannos "ruler" (both
masculine and feminine) and Etruscan Turan "Aphrodite". I see no
reason to think we're dealing with more than a coincidence, but I also
see no reason to reject any connection (e.g. I'm listening right now
to a playlist that contains such items as "let love rule", "the power
of love", "that's how strong my love is" and "your love is king"...).
