The English version of Greek "Hippemolgoi" is "Hippemolgi". The
word appears not only at Herodotus, as you stated, but also in
Strabo's writings. Herodotus writes "Hippêmolgôn" (inflected) as
you can check on Perseus. Only if you want to.
