No sir. None of both made any connection with Rom. "cerb". They just
given the glosses they found.
For "Cerbatis" Tomascheck do not make any ethymology. He just mention it
with no comment. There is too no comment regarding the valahian name
"Cerbula" or any association with this name.

No Sir. I supposed "ceraunes" is just a derivation of PIE *ker- where
one of the meanings has been "Gipfel" (top)
