Dacian? It is a genuine question: I remember Philinna, Olympias and
Cleopatra-Eurydice, but not the remaining four wives (I assume you mean
Philip II of Macedon)

In the compilation of Cicerone Pogirc and by Tomascheck we find the
names there.
Tomascheck mentions these names but I have no idea bout the abreviation
here:
Getas & Geta: B.C.I. III 1231. 2059, auch Lat. Geta, Sklavenname aus dem
Volke der Getai, Getenoi; Wz, ge: go:-, schreiten, treiben, weiden ,gr.
"bosko", bou-betis, etc.

Regarding the wife of Philip I found by Tomascheck as follow:

"Als Philip den Odryssenreich bewältigt hatte, erhob er Ansprüche auf
das Getenland.Kothelas zog Ihm entgegen, und es kamm ein Vergleich
zustande:Kothelas gelobte Heeresfolge zu leisten, und Philip nahm die
Geta zur Frau."

So far so well, but there is a problem. Tomascheck gives here the
Iordanis as source and having Getica of Jordanes home, it is clear that
I checked imediately you asked about more information.
And Jordanes write nothing about a person called Geta. At least not in
the copy I have.In fact even the name of the getic king is not Kothylos
as Tomascheck gives, but "Gudila". So, is in the edition of Mommsen I
have. Let me please give the whole passage here:

" Philippus quoque, pater Alexandri Magni, cum Gothis amicitias copulans
Medopam Gudilae regisregis filiam acceptit uxorem , ut tali affinitate
roboratus Macedonum regna firmaret."

1) the name of the woman is Meda and not Geta
2) it seems Thomascheck meant with " die Geta" in this case " the getic
woman"
3) I am not aware there should be a name in Rom. Lang for women which
sounds as Meda.
4) Medopam= PVLAOB = medopam, medorum HXYZ: "Meda Satyrus apus
Athenaeum".
5) Kothylos=HPVXYZ = Gudile, G= gadile, gothile=OB

PVLAOB & HPVXYZ = copies of Getica which Mommsen used by editing .

Question:

I have a problem with Kothylo & Gudile . They are appropiate these
forms though, one sounds "alien" for Rom. ears and I mean here
"Kothylos" and Gudile better said Gudilã souns very "romanian" for name
of persons. One will oneder how "lã" should be in Romance something for
feminine. I don't know. A lot of person of the children stories have the
name compounded with "lã":Pãsãrilã, Setilã, Burtilã,
Pasãri-Lãtsi-Lungilã, Gerilã, etc. They are all men not women.
My question here is how to know exactly which is the right form? In this
case if Kothylo or Gudile?
