Jokl gives here for Albanian an *gl too ( IJn., XXIV, 254)
And I see that after this "gl" is in Albanian an "e" in romanian an "i"
( e>i before nasal in Romanian)
In so far the "gle" explains like in the late slavic influence on
Romanian the Romanian "ghi". Why should have just latin make an
exception there in a period between substratum and slavic influence? I
mean herewith the "ghi/chi" from latin "gla" and "cla".
