About neutrum it is said that Romanian rebuild its neutrum .Why rebuild?
Well, Romanian should be the Latin language which was spoken with
continuity from year 106 AC until nowadays.
Because in a time, this Latin lost its neutrum but Romanian still has
it, the only explanation should be that it was rebuild.
Of course the Slavs must be made responsible for this .:-)
The example you gave, are too neutrum in Romanian:
Ou-ouĆ£, brats-bratse, zid-ziduri
