linear a vs indo-european

although not a linguist myself; however, studying a number of
ancient languages such as hittite, sumerian, luwian, etc. and their
corresponding scripts i see no foward transition from linear a
linear b as an indo-european language. it is indeed apparent that
the linear b script is derived from the linear a script but that
says nothing of the what language encompasses linear a. i propose
that the language of linear a is related to the old european(not
indo-european) language/s that are responsible for the Vinca script
in the regions of bulgaria, romania, and hungary.
