The article is by another lady author, considered 'left-liberal' in
the USA but accused of siding with the Rightists in the 'scholarly'
community!
I suggest you should also read the readers' comments which reveal how
Witzel has earned criticism on practically every list of Indians in
which he participates.
People who can overlook his prejudices really have to share his
prejudices, in my humble opinion.

I am sorry I posted my original message, since I should have known
that some prejudices die hard. Obviously, people do not care of money
from ugly sources is allegedly used for publishing the premier
journal of the academic field.
