My impression is that <Monthomery> is in all cases either a typo (<g> and <h> are next to each other on the keyboard) or a foreign (mostly Czech or Russian) "gipercorrect" misspelling.

The family name Montgomery has some trivial variants like Montgomerie or Montgomrey, but none with <h>.
