I had never thought of a connection with *gHeux- before and the thought
titulates my analytical reasoning. Should one presume then that *dngHux
contains the zero-grade form of *denk- "to bite" or is another verb
possible? How would a compound such as this make semantic sense?

"Biting caller"??
