And Mongolian "terem". You see? Although roughly
50% of the meanings & contexts suggest links to
"terra" (i.e. its reflexes in the Romanian language),
nobody has concluded in a hurry that "tarâm" is also
derived from it.
BTW: "terem" in Hungarian means by and large "room".
But, as a verb, it has these meanings: to produce,
grow, crop, bring forth, yield; bear.
