Also, Amharic has /h/ and /?/ as its only laryngeals. Moreover,
comparing the Swadesh 100-word list with Arabic, I couldn't see any
instances where Amharic /h/ match an Arabic laryngeal. I could see
some possible other sources, but the evidence was not good.
