Does anyone know more about a dacian word which appears by
Jokl and Georgiev, this word beeing in greek characters
"skiare"?

The word is connectes with the albanian shqer, shtjer= "reisse
auseinander, terreisse, kratze"

In rom. to scratch =" sgâria or zgâria" and it is explained
trough latin *scaberare(<scaber).For some reasons I see the
skiare more appropiate to s/zgaria as *scaberare
