*gWH and *g(^)Hw are notoriously capricious in Germanic (due to the instability of the cluster *Gw), but the remaining labiovelars and "(palato-)velar + *w" combinations are better-behaved (despite their occasional quirks):

 

*gW, *gw, *g^w > kw

*kW, *kw, *k^w > xw (except in Vernerian positions, where we get *Gw with the usual problems).
