Forget about dacians, forget about latins, forget about slavs.
I mean now just the substratu,m and nothing more. What is
wrong in trying to find PIE radicals for the words from
substratum of any language? Do not corelate with anything now
and take please the question as it is. I speak about PIe and
substrate, that is all. I dont see something wrong here. Do
you eventualy?
