Mr. Mihai Vinereanu is not the owner of the page (fear not, I understand the nature of the site, and please excuse my infelicitous wording), but he is nevertheless the author of the very unprofessional article in question (to be found also on other websites). The linguistic information he gives is absolutely unreliable, which is what really matters here.

I really doubt if you understand rumanian at all. If you do it, you cann never assume that is the page of Mr Vinereanu. You could read there is an introduction .Hmmm.. I just begin to doubt now.. but indeed, bitterly.. I still hope someone missinformed you, my respect for you is still to big....
