Dacian and Latin were related, of course,
just as Latvian and Portuguese are, but their common ancestor was a very ancient
form of Indo-European, close to the "Proto" stage.

suppose the latin was as well as related too slavic as Latvin to Portugese for
instnce.
Nevertheless we have in south slavic mene,
tebe, sebe forms which are related more to latin as rom. mine, tine, sine which
doesnt mean slavic is very related to latin in your criterium, even if the forms
are similar.Just weanted to point it out:-))))))))
