I would be staggered if it had any relation to the Celtic form and agree that your alternatives are rather more likely. The feminine of Teutorix would have been something like Teutorigana - unlikely to give the form you quote.

Dont be so quick. I attested just one form of this name as feminine. In the romanian there are 3 of them.

The name has the form Tudora and Tudoritza, but the itza is considered a romanian suffix for diminutiv. The name Teodora which is in romanian too, is most likely to be indeed from Theodora:-))

I would like to mention that ther is one form more , but just regional and this is Tudorana, but how I said, I never made connection between these names.

If this doesnt help , I have no idea anymore now, maybe someone else has a better link..
