Unknown alphabet

Hello together

I posted a file called alpha1.gif
I have no idea what an alphabet this one could be. I comparated this
one with anatolian alphabets but with the exceptions of a few
graphems, the rest doesnt match.
In the file we can see some pictograms too.

I should be very thankfull to any of your opinnions.
