Access:
How does one get beyond, for example,
http://tied.narod.ru/edir/index.html? I can access the program to
load fonts and the instructions for it, but I cannot get from the
index to the roots. The file on the American mirror has the same
problems.

Helping:
How can one make contributions? One mechanism would be to transcribe
from one's etymological dictionaries, but how do we stand on
copyright?
