By the way, this word is a respectable IE term, *g^(e)mh1-to- or *g^(e)mh1-ro- 'son-in-law' (literally 'the married one'), cf. e.g. Lat. gener, Gk. gambros, Slavic *ze~tI, Lith. z^entas.

I must correct myself, Albanian 'dhándën','dhándri' (Geg), 'dhëndër'
(Tosk) means 'bridegroom' in English.
