Literally: "What is that (which is) said? Answer." ("What is it? Answer me.")

Good. It means, "Do you believe in Jesus Christ, his only-born son ..."

 

It's a faithful translation of Martin Luther's Enchiridion, which should not be difficult to get hold of for the purpose of comparison.
