Irish Eire is not cognate with arya - it comes from a Proto-Irish
*Iueriu (evidenced by its Welsh cognate Iwerddon, derived from the
genitive form of *Iueriu, *Iuerionas), ultimately from PIE *pi-wer-
"fat fertile".
