Maybe I cannot answer this question, but if I remember it correctly
there were horse Burials at the recent Finnestorp war-offer findings
in Västergötland.
Is it of significance?

I'm afraid we hardly could seriously discuss the probability of presence any
East-Iranian group in Scandinavia without horse burials. They belong to the
most typical and reliably attributable marks of Iron Age nomadic Iranians
(and Turks too, anyway steppe groups).

Do you remember dating of those burials? Decorations style?
