Could this deity be related to/alternate name for Telepinu? He is
storm god's son represented by bull. If so, I would equate most
closely with Herakles as you suggest.

I'm just guessing, but Allanza and Arranzah are so similar-Could they
be the same deity with different origin stories, or is this a
coincidence?
