Yes, it was a good old technique of eiro:nei'a:, basically to learn
your opinion on that suffixes :)
I must admit I have nothing to say here.
Probably the original semantics were 'go on horseback, ride', while
*xod- meant 'travel in a wagon (also of way of life)'. Later the
semantics intermixed, plus *xod- acquired new semantics 'walk',
having pressed *i- < *ei-.
By the way, is anybody aware of Slavic cognates of Lith.
