Yes, sorta. I'm not aware of anything known about Hattic
dialectology like we do for Sumerian or Coptic. Afaik the Hattic
language is pretty much assumed to be homogeneous but I could be
wrong.
If these variants represented actual variants in pronunciation, we
should find consistency in spelling throughout any given text and
not a creative mixture of the above forms. We also should explain
why some p-words have variation and not others.
